Optimist International Essay Contest

Topic: “Optimism: How It Connects Us”

Who: Contest is open to all students in Columbia under the age of 19. No minimum age.

What: Typewritten essay of 700-800 words.

When: Entries must be received by Friday, March 15, 2024.

What: Local contest winners (top 3) receive medallions and prizes. Top local winner advances to District. District winner receives a $2500 college (or trade school) scholarship.
