Tony show off out Dime of Day plaque for our $500.00 donation.
Board Meeting on Wednesday, July 20th no funding as right now.
Show Me State Games, which will be on Sunday, July 24th and 31th. Please look for it. Jake passed out the Show Me State Games Volunteer form during the meeting for everyone to fill out if they want to volunteer.
Please sign up for the upcoming Family Fun Fest that will be at COSMO Park from 6 to 8 pm. Will have only 1 shift until 2 shifts. The shift will be from 5 to 8 pm. This will take place on Wednesday, July 20th with a Healthy Habits Theme.
Hallsville Optimist Club is having a fish fry on Saturday, August 20th at 6:00 pm.
Bike Safety Rodeo will be at the Northeast Regional Park (old fairground) inside on Saturday, September 24 from 9:30 to 11:30 am
Reminder the 4th qtr. East Missouri Optimist District meeting will on Friday, August 26 through Sunday, August 28 in St. Louis. Please let Tony know if you want to go to the conference.
