Meeting began at 12:01 pm

Special Guest was Chris McKinney our speaker; we also had Reid and Willie.

          …. Called on Rick to introduce his guests… Reid Lyle is a Soap Box Derby t-shirt printer (and generous supporter!), and Willie Mays, his associate.

          …… Told us that Mary Dewey and Jerry Sullivan will be at the conference in Reno, Nevada this week.

          ……. Passed out Show Me State Games volunteers’ forms and asked for volunteers for unfilled shifts.

          ….. Read a “Thank you” not from OI for our $500.00 donation

          ….. Read the slate of officers for next year again

          ….. Jerry told us about our new fridge, counter tops and newly stained cabinets

Please sign up for the upcoming Family Fun Fest that will be at COSMO Park from 6 to 8 pm. Will have only 1 shifts until 2 shifts. The shift will be from 5 to 8 pm. This will take place on Wednesday, July 20th with a Healthy Habits Theme.

Hallsville Optimist Club is having a fish fry on Saturday, August 20th at 6:00 pm.

COMO Breakfast Club past President said, “They will be having a golf tournament and wanted to know if our club would like to play?” We have the members who want to play more information to come when we get more information.

Guest Speaker: Chris McKinney gave his presentation, “So Really Who is Your Neighbor?”, and left us two copies of his book, Placed for a Purpose, A Simple, and Sustainable Vision for Loving Your Next Door Neighbors.
