Scheffer, Pat Brown, Deb Swanegan, Alena Ryakmyaullov, Nadia Ryakmyaullov, Carl Scott, Jim Murphy, Jack Cruise, and Jerry Sullivan. Birthday/Anniversary: C.O. Scheffer and his wife 15 year Wedding Anniversary, Ed, and Sue Musterman 36^th Wedding Anniversary

Rick Musterman paid the pig $5.00 for the KU being in the Final Four Game.

Larry Fick started back working at the Food Bank working on getting the volunteer room reset after it was repainted 2 hours today.

Board Meeting: Thursday, March 17^th St. Patrick Day. We funding 3 request they were: Hickman Review for $1000, Food Bank for $5000, and Clubhouse Improvement Committee for $1000.

Jerry Sullivan that this Saturday, March 12 from 9 to 12 will be clubhouse cleanup day. Jerry would like the Thank the following members who helped that day clean up and put in some of the kitchen cabinets. They are Jim Murphy, Carl Scott, Ed Musterman and Jerry Sullivan.

Upcoming events for April and May for the Downtown Optimist Club

3th Qtr. Conference in Chestfield, MO is Friday, April 29^th and Saturday, April 30^th at Dury Inn. This is the qtr. that you will the winners from around the different zones in the East Missouri speakers and the essay winner essay too.

In May 

May 7^th from 12 to 4 at COMO-Bethal Park, we will help the Special Olympic kids with a Fishing Derby

May 14^th from 8 to 11 am will our Bike Safety Rodeo at Karis Church Attach the flyer

May 18^th from 5 to 8 with 2 shifts, which are 5 to 6:30 and 6:30 to 8:00 pm is Family Fun Fest at COSMO Park with a theme of “Bee Kind to Your Mind”. We will have an information booth there

May 28^th from 10 to 5 pm there is NOW get together for ZONE 1, 2 and 3 at the Sunrise Optimist Club. There will brats, hamburger and drinks provided and side dishes will come club member in each zone. Cost is $10.00 for the food and donation to play in the corn hole tournament. Our zone is support to be bringing desserts to this party. Attach the flyer

Reminder Rick is looking for drives for Sunday, June 12 for the Soap Box Derby.

There will be 2 high school scholarship giving out each high schools in Columbia. They are Battle, Hickman, Rock Bridge, and Douglass High School.
