Downtown Optimist Club’s members proudly displaying the check from East Missouri Optimist District for winning 1st place among clubs with 75 members and more category. Points were based on the club’s fundraising activities, educational contests, community service events, volunteer hours, and donations  to various youth organizations between October 1, 2016 and Dec 31, 2016.
